Lot: 159 Pattern Molded Glass Hat Whimsey, 18 ribs swirled to right, probably Emil Larson, Vineland New Jersey, 1932-1942. Cylindrical, brilliant amethyst, sheared and outward rolled rim - pontil scar, ht. 3 3/4 inches, rim dia. 5 1/2 inches. Similar in color and construction to MW plate 90, #7 Outstanding rich color. Fine condition. Pictured in "Antique Fakes and Reproductions". A gift to Dr. Andreson from Ruth Webb Lee, Dr. Paul S. Andreson collection.
