Lot: 87 Freeblown Inkwell, New England, 1783-1830. Cylindrical, medium to deep forest green, disc mouth - pontil scar, ht. 1 5/8 inches, greatest dia. 2 5/8 inches; (approximately 70% of the disc mouth has been broken away). Similar in form and construction to C #1054 Numerous large and small bubbles. The heavy base wear indicates that this was in use for many years.
