Lot 58: “Keen” – “P & W” Sunburst Flask, Keene Marlboro Street Glassworks, Keene, New Hampshire, 1815 -1830. Olive amber, sheared mouth – pontil scar, half pint with label on base. Reference: McKearin GVIII-10. Old applied label on base indicating an interesting provenance. Channing Hare and Mountfort Coolidge were early dealers and collectors of early American glass with a presence in Ogunquit, Maine and New York City. Fine condition.
